Caldwell Body Works Inc. is seeking an Automotive Refinish Technician to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive quality service. This full-time position offers competitive pay based on experience and a positive work environment with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.
- Lead the paint department with a focus on quality and teamwork.
- Require 3-5 years of experience with refinish materials.
- Participate in daily production meetings and manage your workflow accordingly.
- Ensure body work and preparation are of high quality and address any imperfections.
- Apply refinish materials following company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry techniques and new products.
- Experience with BASF materials and certifications in I-Car and ASE procedures are advantageous but not necessary.
- Maintain good work ethic, customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, be physically capable, and able to adhere to safety and quality protocols.
