The Car Sales Consultant plays a vital role in facilitating the sales and finance process, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting lot operations and omni-channel sales. Key responsibilities include executing the sales process, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong CRM output and quality. Utilize trained sales skills, manage paperwork and document recovery, support the finance process, and ensure strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Additionally, assist with vehicle photography, organize lot merchandising, and transport cars as needed, all while providing stellar customer service and supporting strong NPS scores.
