Automotive Sales Consultant

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in facilitating the sales and finance process while providing excellent customer service. You will support lot operations and omni-channel sales, fully execute the sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, and maintain a robust CRM output and quality. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining proper paperwork and recovering missing documents. You will also support the finance process to ensure strong Finance & Insurance PVR outcomes, assist with vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs, support lot organization and merchandising, and transport cars when necessary. It's important that you ensure all incoming vehicles are checked in properly and consistently provide excellent customer service to maintain strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
