Central Ohio automotive dealership group is seeking a Top Performing Car Salesperson that aims to excel in F&I (Finance and Insurance) with a proven record of exceptional sales performance and excellent customer satisfaction index (CSI). We offer comprehensive hands-on training and cover the cost of F&I school. The position has a lucrative earning potential up to $175,000 for qualified candidates. Relocation expenses offered to outstanding candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and contract automotive sales
- Offer customers loss prevention options
- Guide customers in choosing protection packages for their vehicles with legal compliance
- Meet product penetration and PVR benchmarks
- Ensure clean paperwork and low CIT
- Assist the sales desk with Finance turns and negotiations
- Demonstrate leadership
