Purpose
As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be the primary link between our dealership and our customers for vehicle sales and deliveries. Your main objective is to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales.
Essential Duties
- Greet customers and determine their needs
- Use consultative selling to match the best vehicle to customer needs
- Prospect and source new customers
- Develop relationships to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Promptly and courteously respond to phone inquiries
- Provide necessary information and suggest additional sales opportunities
Requirements
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality
- No previous experience required as training is provided
- Honesty and a tremendous work ethic
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in a fast-paced environment
