Purpose:

The Sales and Leasing Consultant position is the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for vehicle sales and delivery. The primary objective is to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales.

Essential Duties:

• Greet customers and determine their needs
• Use consultative selling to match the best vehicle to customer needs
• Identify business opportunities through prospecting new customers
• Build relationships with customers for an excellent experience
• Answer calls promptly and courteously
• Provide customers with needed information and offer additional opportunities
• Perform other assigned duties
