Purpose

The Sales and Leasing Consultant position serves as the primary contact between the dealership and customers for vehicle sales and delivery. The main goal is to offer excellent customer service and boost sales.

Essential Duties

• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Use a consultative selling approach to match vehicles to customer's needs.
• Prospect and grow business via sales leads.
• Build relationships for an excellent customer experience.
• Answer phone calls promptly and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Perform additional assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• No previous experience required (Training provided!).

Physical Demands

• Standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Walking the dealership premises.
• Driving company vehicles and frequently moving in/out of vehicles.
