Position Summary:

Sales Manager is responsible for meeting the dealership's budget for gross profit volume and customer satisfaction standards. United Imports Auto Group is a well-established and successful dealer group representing top brands such as INFINITI, Nissan, Hyundai, KARMA, Mitsubishi, and High Line Dealerships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recruiting / Selection of Candidates: Identify sources for sales staff, conduct interviews, pre-employment screenings, and reference checks, and select candidates meeting the standards.
• Training Selected Candidates: Orient and train staff, set expectations, and conduct ongoing training.
• Sales Production: Achieve or exceed budget, enforce guest log, help staff manage time, and follow up on achievements.
• Supervising: Develop future managers, evaluate sales staff, and be a role model.
• Administration: Keep inventory organized, ensure clean facilities, and maintain lot control.

Qualifications:

• Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
