The Automotive Sales Person plays a crucial role in guiding customers through the vehicle sales or lease process, from initial greeting to vehicle delivery. We seek a persistent individual who can easily connect with customers, with a positive and can-do attitude to be a valuable addition to our sales team!

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, ask questions to determine their needs, and discuss vehicle options.
• Stay informed about product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
• Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure a strong customer base.
• Follow-up with buyers for successful referrals.
• Bring a positive attitude and dedication every day.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 3-5 years of automotive sales experience in a dealership.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with excellent follow-through skills.
• Professional appearance.
