Purpose:
The Sales and Leasing Consultant is the primary contact between the dealership and customers for vehicle sales and delivery. The main objective is to ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales.
Essential Duties:
- Greet customers and determine needs
- Match vehicles to customer needs using consultative selling
- Identify business opportunities for parts sales through prospecting
- Build customer relationships for excellent experiences
- Respond to inquiries via phone promptly and courteously
- Provide information and offer additional sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Friendly personality
- No previous experience required (training provided!)
- Enthusiasm and honesty

- Outstanding communication skills

- Computer proficiency
- Valid Driver's License, Background test, and Drug Screening required before employment
