The Sales and Leasing Consultant is the main contact between the dealership and the customer for the sale and delivery of vehicles. The key objective is to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales.
Essential Duties
- Greet customers and determine their needs
- Use a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer's needs
- Identify business opportunities to grow parts of the business through prospecting new customers
- Build relationships with customers for an excellent experience
- Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
- Provide necessary information and offer additional sales opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
