Purpose:
As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you'll be the primary contact between the dealership and customers for vehicle sales & delivery. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales.
Essential Duties:
- Greet customers and determine their needs
- Match the best vehicle to customer needs using a consultative selling process
- Prospect and source new business opportunities
- Build lasting relationships to enhance the customer experience
- Answer calls promptly & courteously
- Provide information and upsell additional opportunities
