The Sales and Leasing Consultant position serves as the main contact between the dealership and customers for vehicle sales and delivery. The main goal is to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales. Essential Duties include greeting customers, understanding their needs, and using consultative selling to match vehicles. Building relationships, answering calls, providing necessary information, and other duties as assigned are crucial.
