Job Summary
The Sales and Leasing Consultant is the main point of contact between the dealership and the customer for vehicle sales and delivery. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and creating strong customer relationships.
Essential Duties:
- Greet customers and determine their needs
- Use consultative selling processes to match vehicles to customer needs
- Identify business opportunities through prospecting and sourcing new customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Answer inquiries promptly and courteously
