The Sales and Leasing Consultant position acts as the main point of contact between the dealership and the customer for the sale and delivery of vehicles. The main goal is to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales.
Essential Duties
- Greet customers and determine their needs
- Use a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer's needs
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting and sourcing new customers using sales leads
- Build relationships with customers for an excellent experience
- Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, aiming to satisfy inquiries
- Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities
