The Sales and Leasing Consultant is the primary contact between the dealership and the customer for the sale and delivery of vehicles, focusing on excellent customer service and maximizing sales. Essential Duties include:
- Greeting customers and determining their needs
- Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to customer needs
- Identifying business opportunities by prospecting and sourcing new customers
- Building relationships to enhance the customer experience
- Handling telephone inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Providing information and offering additional opportunities
- Performing other assigned duties
