The Sales and Leasing Consultant position is crucial as you will be the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for the sale and delivery of vehicles. Your main goal is to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales.
Essential Duties
- Greet customers and identify their needs
- Use a consultative selling process to match the perfect vehicle to the customer's needs
- Identify business opportunities and grow parts of the business through prospecting and sourcing
- Build relationships with customers to ensure an excellent experience
- Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
Must Haves:
- Friendly personality
- No prior experience required (We train!)
- Enthusiasm and vigor
- Strong work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency
Candidates should have a valid driver's license and be prepared for a background test and drug screening prior to employment.
