Purpose

The Sales and Leasing Consultant position is the primary contact between the dealership and the customer for vehicle sales and delivery. The main aim is to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales.

Essential Duties

• Greet customers and determine their needs.
• Use a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to customer needs.
• Identify business opportunities to grow parts sales through prospecting and sourcing.
• Build relationships with customers to provide an excellent experience.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Offer customers additional sales opportunities.
• Perform other allocated duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Friendly personality
• Previous experience not required (Training provided)
• Enthusiasm, honesty, strong work ethic
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods
• Drive a company vehicle

Valid Driver's License, Background test, and Drug Screening required.
