Purpose:
The Sales and Leasing Consultant position serves as the main interaction point between the dealership and customers, aiming to deliver excellent service and maximize sales.
Essential Duties:
- Greet and assess customer needs
- Use consultative selling to match vehicles to needs
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Answer inquiries promptly and courteously
Requirements
Bring a friendly personality, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills. Previous experience not required — we provide training!
Physical Demands:
Includes standing for long periods, walking dealership lot, driving, and moving in/out of vehicles.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License, Background and Drug Screening required.
