Purpose
As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be the key contact between the dealership and the customer for vehicle sales and delivery. Deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales.
Essential Duties
- Greet customers and determine their needs.
- Use consultative selling to match the best vehicle to the customer's needs.
- Grow parts of the business through prospecting and sourcing new customers.
- Build relationships to enhance customer experience.
- Handle telephone inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Offer additional sales opportunities as needed.
