Purpose:

The Sales and Leasing Consultant serves as the main point of contact between the dealership and customers for vehicle sales and delivery. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing sales opportunities.

Essential Duties:

• Greet customers and assess their needs
• Use a consultative selling approach to recommend suitable vehicles
• Identify opportunities to expand business through prospecting
• Build strong customer relationships
• Handle phone inquiries promptly and courteously
• Provide necessary information and present additional sales options
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Friendly personality
• Training provided, no prior experience required
• Enthusiasm, honesty, and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in a fast-paced environment and computer skills

Physical Demands:

Your role may involve standing, sitting, walking the dealership, driving, and getting in and out of vehicles frequently.

Valid Driver's License, Background test, and Drug Screening required prior to employment.
