• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Day shift (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM), 4 weekdays plus Saturday

• Experience: 5 years in automotive service management (Required).
• Strong process focus—excellent phone skills, customer rapport, visual demonstrations of needed repairs, offering payment options, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
