Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of verified experience with a multi-location, independent auto repair operator, preferably with brands like Firestone or Goodyear. This role is not suitable for those transitioning careers or with dealership backgrounds; it's a unique opportunity for those savvy in independent aftermarket automotive repair. As a Service Manager, you'll operate similarly to a franchise owner within our established protocols, allowing flexibility to drive success. We boast over 30 years of independence, offer full-service repairs, and possess a skilled, family-oriented staff in our spacious and well-equipped locations.
