Responsibilities

Located in the Northeast (PA, NH, OH, MD, VA), this role demands managing multiple tasks swiftly and accurately, often under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a self-motivated individual ready to tackle various tasks and engage with personnel across all levels. Key duties include:

• Supporting Field Technicians/Technician Leads to enhance productivity and growth
• Managing expense approvals and payroll/PTO management
• Weekly team communications and regular meetings
• Keeping up-to-date on new procedures and technologies
• Building and sustaining customer relationships
• Partnering with businesses to enhance trust and production
• Assisting the Director of Operations in certifying calibration areas
• Optimizing routes and work assignments
• Addressing customer concerns with professionalism

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ADAS or collision repair experience, ideally including multi-business management
• Proven ability to drive substantial growth in business departments
• Extensive knowledge in ADAS/electrical services, including diagnostics and repairs
• Proficient in technology (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Professionalism with a passion for doing things correctly
• Willingness for significant travel (overnight air travel, 50%-75% of the time)
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
