What You'll Do:
As an entry-level lube technician (aka auto technician), you'll ensure our guests' safety on the road by providing top-notch customer service during preventative maintenance services. Through our award-winning training program, you'll learn how to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, and perform an 18-point safety check. You'll collaborate with a team to deliver quick, easy, and trusted services to our guests—while having fun! At VIOC, it all starts with our people. Requirements to Succeed:
- Flexibility for weekend work
- Eagerness to learn and be part of a customer-focused team
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above your head
- Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Fluent in English for reading, writing, and speaking
