Job description

Join Coves at Columbus Apartments as a Maintenance Technician! You'll be responsible for conducting repairs and preventative maintenance throughout our community. Enjoy working full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with rotational on-call weekend shifts. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair. Bring your positive attitude and communication skills to interact effectively with staff, residents, and vendors. Benefits include PTO, Holiday Pay, and Health Insurance.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in property management maintenance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certification is a plus
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle after-hours emergencies
