Job description

Coves at Columbus Apartments is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians! Your main role will be performing repairs and conducting preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, with rotating on-call weekend shifts. Compensation: Hourly, based on experience Benefits: PTO, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance after 60 days. You should have at least three years of experience in property management maintenance, general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and possess a positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills. Having EPA certification is a plus.
