Responsibilities
- Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan the repair process.
- Communicate with others on vehicle repair status.
- Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
- Make decisions considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Assist an apprentice as needed and explain procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to use frame machines.
- Certification in body repair preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturer's repair process.
- I-CAR welding certification.
- Ability to supervise repair personnel.
- Must pass a background check.
