Responsibilities include:

• Examining damaged vehicles and planning efficient repair processes.
• Communicating repair status with team members.
• Performing quality repairs while maintaining timely status.
• Making decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removing components to gain access to essential parts.
• Participating in all required safety meetings.
• Filing, grinding, and sanding surfaces using tools.
• Directing apprentices and explaining procedures.

Qualifications required:

• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Skills in analyzing and interpreting data.
• Supervisory capabilities.
• Ability to pass thorough background checks.
