Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan and execute repair processes for damaged vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with team members on repair status.
• Deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining timely completion.
• Make informed decisions on repair vs. replace with a focus on safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Handle vehicle components with care to gain access for repairs.
• Actively participate in safety meetings.
• Perform precise surface repairs using both power and hand tools.
• Guide apprentices through complex tasks when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using frame machines and interpretation of measurement data.
• Body repair certification is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturer repair processes.
• I-CAR welding certification required.
• Strong leadership qualities to supervise repair personnel.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
