Responsibilities include:
- Examining and planning repairs for damaged vehicles
- Communicating repair status effectively
- Performing quality repairs efficiently
- Making repair vs. replace decisions
- Removing parts to access vehicle
- Participating in safety meetings
- Using power and hand tools to file, grind, and sand surfaces
- Mentoring apprentices as needed
Qualifications include:
- Preferably certified in body repair and welding (I-CAR certified)
- Strong analytical and supervisory skills
