Responsibilities Include:

• Examining damaged vehicles and planning repair processes efficiently.
• Working and communicating with team members on vehicle repair status.
• Performing quality repairs while keeping timely delivery in mind.
• Deciding on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removing various vehicle parts for access to fenders and other areas.
• Participating in safety meetings.
• Using power tools and hand tools for filing, grinding, and sanding.
• Directing the work of apprentices when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to use frame machine.
• Preferred certification in body repair.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer standards.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Skills in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Supervision abilities for repair personnel.
• Must pass a thorough background check.
