Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan repair processes.
• Communicate vehicle repair status with the team.
• Perform quality repairs while ensuring timely completion.
• Decide on repair vs. replace considering various factors.
• Remove necessary parts to access vehicle and fenders.
• Participate in all required safety meetings.
• Use power and hand tools for repairing surfaces.
• Direct apprentices and explain procedures.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with using frame machines.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Supervisory skills for repair personnel.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
