Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary R&D Chemist to become our Director of R&D. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in the automotive chemical, fuels, and/or lubricant industries, ensuring quality control and developing the next generation of products.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct and support R&D projects.
• Provide quality control and system support.
• Offer technical support for products and services to customers and distributors.
• Assist in developing or modifying formulations, ensuring top-notch quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in formulations and quality, including laboratory work.

Preferred/Desired Skills:

• Experience in analytical chemistry (e.g., GC, GC/MS, FTIR, AES) preferred.
• Familiarity with ASTM laboratory procedures.
• Proficiency in PC skills, LIMS, and analytical software is desirable.
• Knowledge of the automotive additives and chemical industry is a plus.
