An automotive parts manufacturer in the Northern Cincinnati area is on the lookout for a Die Maintenance Assistant Manager. Join their team to oversee the Die Maintenance team, manage the tool room, and support the repair of Progressive and Transfer dies. Ideal candidates should possess leadership experience within an industrial environment, with hands-on expertise in repairing Progressive and Transfer dies.

Responsibilities

• Schedule die repairs and coordinate with Production Control & Manufacturing.
• Manage inventory and handle purchasing requests as needed.
• Coach, train, and schedule die technicians.
• Conduct defect investigations and collaborate with Engineering and Quality team.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 10 years’ experience in die repair and maintenance or tool making.
• Proficiency in repairing Progressive & Transfer dies and interpreting die blueprints. Ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
