Your role is crucial in supporting and supervising clients, ensuring a respectful, safe, and stimulating atmosphere while maintaining accurate records. You'll collaborate on client behavioral issues, manage incident reports, and provide essential supervision and assistance to clients in various activities, including healthcare, hygiene, meal prep, and more. Whether you're transporting clients or participating in meetings, your positive attitude and adherence to confidentiality are key. No prior job experience is needed, but must-haves include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and relevant certifications.
