As a Day Habilitation Technician, you will support the Program Coordinator during Dayhab Program hours (Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM) by providing essential services to clients and maintaining accurate records as required. Your role includes respecting individuals' value, ensuring a safe environment, carrying out service plans, and collaborating on client behavior issues. You'll report incidents, handle documentation, and supervise clients, including transportation. Attend mandatory meetings and assist with healthcare, meal prep, housekeeping, leisure activities, and medication management, adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
