An international automotive parts manufacturing company is actively seeking a Plant Manager with significant experience in engineering management within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing plant direction and developing business plans and budgets.
  • Managing cross-department teams with a focus on safety, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Implementing compliance with IATF, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
  • Directing production activities and facilitating kaizen projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years in plant management and 10+ years in automotive parts manufacturing.
  • A bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
