As a Project Coordinator in the Automotive sector, you will collaborate with TPMs and Engineering Leads to meticulously document defects and ensure seamless communication of pertinent information. You'll engage with Development and Feature TPMs, ensuring clear defect ownership and streamlined next steps. Working closely with TPMs for Component ECU-level development, verification, and validation, you'll guarantee transparent communication around defect status. You'll lead bug board sessions to prioritize and address critical issues and host routine reviews for timely defect closure. Your responsibilities will include generating comprehensive weekly reports, defining SLAs, recommending mitigation strategies for defect-associated risks, and spearheading discussions to curtail defect recurrence. You'll also identify opportunities for enhancing defect management and quality assurance processes.
