Quality Control Specialist

Competition Subaru is looking for a seasoned automotive professional to become part of our team as a Quality Control Inspector. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold and enhance our quality standards by conducting consistent, random inspections of completed repair orders and serviced vehicles, ensuring top-notch workmanship, accuracy, and customer satisfaction before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on vehicles after services or repairs are completed.
• Carry out random checks on repair orders for proper documentation and adherence to standards.
• Identify and document any deficiencies or incomplete work, and communicate with management.
• Provide feedback to the service manager to enhance repair quality and processes.
• Support the commitment to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Preferably a former automotive technician or service professional; Subaru experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ability to maintain objectivity and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and recommendations.

Work Schedule:

• Available as full-time or part-time.
