As an Automotive Quality Manager, you will lead the quality team in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing setting. Your main responsibilities include overseeing quality performance across various processes, handling customer issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You are expected to develop and lead a multi-shift quality team, sustain quality systems, and address customer and supplier-related quality aspects. This role also involves working closely with plant leadership and senior management to communicate performance and improvements.
