As a Day Habilitation Technician, your role involves working closely with the Program Coordinator to support and engage clients in a structured day program from Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PM. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, collaborating on behavioral strategies, ensuring a clean and safe environment, supervising clients, and administering medications properly. Confidentiality and professional interactions are essential. The position requires commitment to client activity supervision, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications: No prior experience needed. Must be 18 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent, certifications in CPR, CPI, MUI, First Aid, and other specified training, a valid driver's license, a positive outlook, and the ability to pass a background check.
