Role
The Store Manager is tasked with ensuring the store's financial and operational success. This includes customer service, sales, profitability, expense control, human resource management, and cost control.
Compensation
$90,000/Yr. to 110,000/Yr. + Bonus Incentives.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
- Set expectations and communicate regularly with employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Analyze business trends, develop plans to maximize sales, and manage inventory control.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in an auto repair shop management position.
- Proven coaching skills, strategy implementation, and ability to meet sales/profit goals.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
