Join Sherwin-Williams' 2026 Leadership Development Program (LDP) to gain hands-on experience in automotive sales and branch management. This 8-week immersive training in the Northeast Region equips you with skills in sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning. Benefit from professional networking opportunities and advance to an Assistant Branch Manager role upon program completion. Relocation may be required for training and subsequent placement in one of six states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, or Delaware. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and possess leadership and sales experience.
