Role Overview

We seek a senior "Developer-Hacker" skilled in low-level vehicle system binary analysis and high-level cloud development in C#. You'll architect cloud features interfacing with vehicle modules, reverse engineer ECU binaries, and handle complex checksum validations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Binary Reverse Engineering and checksum calculations
  • Implementing proprietary protocols like UDS, J1939, OEM systems
  • Traffic analysis using CAN log sniffers
  • Collaborating on firmware and embedded systems

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in automotive software, focused on aftermarket/performance tuning
  • Expert with Ford, GM, Stellantis, Polaris diagnostic protocols
  • Proficient in CAN bus, UDS, J1939, OBD-II, PCAN, Kvaser, Vehicle Spy
  • Deep knowledge of ECU firmware formats and disassembler tools
  • US-based candidate required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
