Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Team Lead!
At McDonald Automotive, overseeing 9 brands across 13 rooftops, you'll guide a dynamic accounting team supporting all dealerships centrally located in Littleton. If you're detail-oriented with leadership experience and expertise in ERP systems, this is your opportunity to lead invoice processing, vendor payments, and audit support while driving continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team
- Manage invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Build vendor relationships and manage disputes
- Enhance processes and implement automation
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-7 years of progressive AP experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive dealership or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong Excel and accounting skills
