Join Our Team as an APQP/PPAP Quality Engineer!

Are you passionate about quality and ready to drive zero-defect outcomes in automotive manufacturing? As a key player focusing on German OEM launches within Tier-1 programs, you will lead quality planning from APQP to PPAP using AIAG Core Tools. Bring your expertise in GD&T, dimensional analysis, and problem-solving to reduce scrap and ensure customer satisfaction. Thrive in a culture of reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while working with cutting-edge manufacturing processes and contributing to IATF certification efforts. Travel to key customers and suppliers and make a tangible impact on automotive quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead quality activities ensuring standards and compliance
  • Manage documentation and OEM portal submissions
  • Analyze and qualify production parts with GD&T
  • Use AIAG tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC) to build robust processes
  • Solve complex problems with cross-functional teams
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements
  • Support safety and ISO/IATF requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in quality engineering for automotive launches
  • Experience with German OEM programs and IATF audits
  • Skilled in data analysis, AIAG core tools, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to safety and quality
