As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive business success through organizing, planning, and executing strategies. Your role encompasses customer service, sales, marketing, inventory, finances, and safety, with opportunities to supervise and train staff.
Location: Automotive Branch #9102, 4900 Parkway Drive, Mason, OH 45040
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (subject to business needs)
Role Highlights:
- Develop and implement market plans
- Boost sales and optimize profits
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and compliance
- Support employee growth and manage schedules
- Analyze financial reports including P&L
Requirements:
- Age 18+ and legally authorized to work
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Minimum 1 year retail, sales, or customer service experience or completed Sherwin-Williams Development Program
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years customer service, retail, or sales experience
- Experience in automotive aftermarket
- Leadership and Microsoft Office skills
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing
