Automotive Account Executive

Pursuit is seeking an Account Executive focused on the automotive industry to build relationships with dealership owners, GMs, and key decision-makers throughout the Charlotte market. This is a highly field-focused, relationship-driven sales role with significant autonomy. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with automotive dealerships through in-person visits, networking, referrals, and lead lists.
• Spend 40%+ of the week in the field meeting with dealership decision-makers.
• Sell customized solutions across radio, digital, streaming, social, events, and sponsorships.
• Develop proposals, manage your Salesforce pipeline, and communicate campaign results.
• Build and grow a book of business within your market.

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience with dealerships, dealer groups, automotive vendors/agencies, or OEMs.
• Confident engaging directly with dealership owners and GMs.
• Strategic, consultative sales approach with strong business and digital acumen.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Existing automotive relationships are a strong plus.
