Responsibilities:
- Posting invoices and processing payments
- Tracking and reconciling vendor statements
- Assisting in month-end/year-end processes
- Maintaining vendor W9s and customer ST-5s
- Supporting administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Automotive accounting experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with CDK and Excel preferred
